YazTechs/Mersaly’s Collection of Personal Information
To sign up for your YazTechs/Mersaly Account, we need to obtain certain personal information from you. You must complete YazTechs/Mersaly’s registration form accurately with correct information and might not provide any false or misleading information.
Personal Information we collect
Full Name, address, email, phone number, date of birth and other information as required
Financial information such as credit/debit card or bank account details for certain optional transactions
For verification purposes, we might ask for a proof of your identity and proof of address; such as a copy of your national ID card, passport, driver’s license and/or certificate of registration
PS: Failure to supply such information may result in limitation on usage of YazTechs/Mersaly services or suspension of the user’s Account. For certain high value transactions, we may be required to report personal information to the relevant authorities.
When your registration is completed, you may start using YazTechs/Mersaly’s services which are strictly protected against fraud and abuse through the following actions we take:
Recording and storing your IP address and login times
Collecting usage and access data that allows us to prevent multiple account openings or other fraudulent behaviors, or to protect our systems against illegal attacks or abuse.
We may share such data with specialized and trustworthy fraud management services that help us analyze the data.
When you send gift cards to a user that is not yet registered with YazTechs/Mersaly, we will store that user’s email address. If the user does not register for YazTechs/Mersaly Account, the user’s email address will no longer be used by YazTechs/Mersaly, however it will remain to be stored as part of your transaction history. You must ensure that you have obtained necessary permission for the use of the recipient’s email address.
Depending on the information you have provided us, your current verification status and the type of transaction you wish to undertake, we may collect further information from banks, credit/debit card processing services and identity verification services.
We obtain your personal and security information from the following sources:
Information you provide online, on written applications or forms, and other information you may provide.
Information entered online that may be stored even if you do not complete or submit an application.
Information from third parties in order to verify your identity or to prevent fraud.
Information from third parties that you authorize to provide information to us.
Information about your account experience and history.
Internal Use of Personal Information
We collect, store and process your personal information on our servers in the United States of America. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect our servers 24 hours a day.
We use your personal information to operate your YazTechs/Mersaly Account, process your transactions and to provide you with YazTechs/Mersaly services.
We also share certain information as with banks or credit/debit card processing services and identity verification services as part of our normal business operations. However, only the last 6 digits of your credit/debit card will be visible for verification purposes. All financial data is stored in encrypted format.
The purpose for sharing this data is to identify and verify users, to limit our exposure fraud and other criminal activities and to manage our financial risk. When conducting identification or fraud prevention checks, the service provider may retain a record of our query along with your information. By using our services you expressly agree to the sharing of your personal data for these purposes.
Furthermore, when sending gift cards to another YazTechs/Mersaly Account holder we will -at a minimum- pass on your email address to the recipient. We may also send other personal details such as your name, address and country of residence to merchant who receives any payments you make if such merchants request this information from us in order to improve the payment process, to reconcile payments with the commercial transaction or to conduct their own anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks.
Control of Personal Information
If your personal information (such as your name, address or telephone number) change; you must immediately update your details in the “Profile” section of your YazTechs/Mersaly Account, or by contacting our Customer Support .
YazTechs/Mersaly shall not be liable for any loss arising out of your failure to keep your personal details up to date.
In order to deactivate your Account, you will have to contact our Customer Support. We are required by law to keep certain records for a minimum period of 5 years after closure of your Account.

YazTechs/Mersaly’s Communication with You
When you sign up for a new Account, YazTechs/Mersaly will use your email to send you the following:
A verification email to your email address that you provide to verify your email address so that all further communication via email is sent to this primary email address, which you can change at any time.
System-generated transactional emails such as confirmation of uploads, notification of receipt of payments, notification of password changes... etc.
A monthly newsletter to inform you about products, services and special deals.
Occasionally announcements of special offers, Discounts … etc (it ranges from 1 – 2 announcements per month)

YazTechs/Mersaly is committed to handling your account information with high standards of security and protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Your credit/debit card and bank account details are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the internet. Once logged into your Account and your information is being transferred over the internet, all internet communication is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128bit encryption to ensure your data is not legible by anyone on the internet.
Changes to this privacy statement are posted on our website. You may object to any new use of your personal data by contacting our Customer Support. However, we will treat such an objection as a notice to terminate your YazTechs/Mersaly Account.
